By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Lamb, French Beans Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Lamb And French Bean Stew 700 grams Boneless Lamb 450 grams French Beans 2 tablespoons Oil 1 large Onion chopped 4-5 cloves Garlic minced 1/2 inch piece Ginger minced 4 Green chillies chopped 2 Fresh red chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs 2 medium Potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes to taste Salt Method Cut lamb into one inch cubes. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb pieces and brown them. Drain and keep aside. Add onions to the same skillet and sauté for two to three minutes. Add ginger and garlic and sauté over high heat for half a minute. Add green and red chillies and sauté for two minutes. Add black pepper powder, dried herbs and mix. Add diced potatoes, green beans, salt and mix. Add two cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for thirty five to forty minutes or till the meat is cooked. Serve immediately with rice.
