Ingredients list for Makki Ki Roti Sarson Ka Saag Pizza
- 4 Makki ki roti
- 2 cups Sarson ka saag
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 2 medium Onions sliced
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels boiled
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese grated
- as required Olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 250°C. Quarter the tomatoes, deseed and cut into long batons. Place a makki ki roti on a pizza pan. Spread sarson ka saag over the roti.
- Spread sliced onions and sprinkle some corn kernels. Spread mozzarella cheese and put some more sliced onion and corn kernels on top. Decorate with tomato batons.
- Drizzle some olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for eight to ten minutes. Serve hot.
