Ingredients for Masala Ginger Lassi - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Hung yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Green chilli 1

  • Fresh coriander sprigs a few

  • Fresh mint leaves a few to garnish

  • Ginger grated 1/2 inches

  • Powdered sugar 1-2 tablespoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspo to sprinkle

  • Black salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon to sprinkle

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Fresh mint sprigs 4 to garnish


Step 1

Put hung yogurt in a blender jar, add yogurt, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, powdered sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, milk and ice cubes and blend well.

Step 2

Pour into serving glasses. Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder, garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve chilled.
