Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Recipe

  • Chicken cut into small pieces 1 whole pods

  • Spring Onion 2 teaspoons

  • Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic crushed 8 cloves

  • Capsicum chopped 2 medium

  • Spring onion chopped 1 bunch

  • Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together chicken pieces with soya sauce, pepper powder, salt and soup cubes. Marinate and set aside for half an hour.

Step 2

Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic, saute till brown.Add marinated chicken and saute for five minutes. Cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Add capsicum, spring onions and cook with little water. Cook till done.

Step 3

Finish with tomato ketchup and serve hot.
