By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Spring Onion Cuisine Mexican Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mexican Chicken 1 whole pods Chicken cut into small pieces 2 teaspoons Spring Onion 2 teaspoons Black pepper powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 8 cloves Garlic crushed 2 medium Capsicum chopped 1 bunch Spring onion chopped 2 teaspoons Tomato ketchup Method In a bowl mix together chicken pieces with soya sauce, pepper powder, salt and soup cubes. Marinate and set aside for half an hour. Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic, saute till brown.Add marinated chicken and saute for five minutes. Cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Add capsicum, spring onions and cook with little water. Cook till done.
