Ingredients list for Mexican Chicken

  • 1 whole pods Chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons Spring Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 2 medium Capsicum chopped
  • 1 bunch Spring onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together chicken pieces with soya sauce, pepper powder, salt and soup cubes. Marinate and set aside for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic, saute till brown.Add marinated chicken and saute for five minutes. Cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Add capsicum, spring onions and cook with little water. Cook till done.
  3. Finish with tomato ketchup and serve hot.
