By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Aug 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 1/2 cups yogurt 1 medium onion, peeled 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled 1/2 medium tomato 8-10 fresh coriander sprigs 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Black salt (kala namak) to taste Method Finely chop onion, cucumber, tomato and sprigs of coriander leaves. Heat a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and dry toast till fragrant and lightly browned. Transfer into a mortar and pound to a coarse powder with the pestle. Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk it well. Add onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder and black salt and mix well.
