Ingredients list for Mooli-Moong wadi

  • 100 grams Urad dal wadi
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 small Radishes with leaves chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add moong wadis and saute till golden brown on medium heat. Remove, crush them coarsely and set aside.
  2. In the same pan add garlic, green chilli and saute for half a minute. Add onions and saute till light brown. Add tomato and cover and cook on medium heat till the tomatoes get cooked.
  3. Add radish with leaves and saute for few minutes. Add salt and moong wadi and half a cup of water and cook on medium heat till the wadis get cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
