Ingredients for Mushroom Cheesy Stuffed Eggs Recipe

  • Boiled eggs finely chopped 6 large

  • Button mushrooms 2 tablespoons

  • Hard boiled eggs peeled, halved and yolks separated 4

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

  • Garlic chopped 4 teaspoons

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

  • Red chillies crushed to taste

  • Fresh parsley sprigs for garnishing


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute.

Step 2

Add onion and sauté till it turns golden. Add mushrooms, salt, crushed peppercorns and sauté on high heat for four to five minutes or till the mushrooms are cooked.

Step 3

Transfer the cooked mushroom mixture into a bowl. Add cheese spread, egg yolks and crushed red chillies and mix well.

Step 4

Spoon the prepared mixture into the halved eggs. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve warm.
