Ingredients list for Mushroom Pulao(microwave)
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Rice
- 2 Cloves
- 2 inch stick Cinnamon
- 2 Green cardamom
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 4 Spring onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- Combine oil, spring onion whites,cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf in a microwave bowl. Cook on high for two minutes.
- Add mushrooms, sprin onions, garam masala, cumin powder and salt and cook for minute on high. Add two cups of hot water. Cook for ten minutes. Remove & allow it to stand for two minutes.Serve hot with raitha or pickle.
