Add cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves and sauté till fragrant. Add rice and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring lightly. Add orange juice and saffron and mix. Cover and cook till almost done. Add orange squash, ½ cup water and sugar and mix lightly. Cover and cook till done.
