Ingredients list for Nutri Rolls

  • 2 Chapati
  • 2 teaspoons Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Date chutney
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon American corn kernels boiled
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Prepare chapatis in usual way and keep it aside. In a fry pan heat butter and saute vegetables for few minutes, season with salt and keep it aside.
  2. Take chapati and spread half of the gongura and date chutnies. Spread sautéed vegetables and top it with grated cheese.
  3. Fold over the chapati and roll it as tightly as possible. Secure it with the help of a toothpick. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
