One Pot Pasta with Chicken Farfalle pasta and chicken mince cooked with coloured capsicums and some spices. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Pasta Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for One Pot Pasta with Chicken 200 grams Chicken mince 1 cup Pasta farfalle, boiled 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 medium Carrot cut into ½ cm small cubes ½ medium Red capsicum cut into small pieces ½ medium Green capsicum cut into small pieces ½ medium Yellow capsicum cut into small pieces 1 teaspoon Dried oregano 3 cups Chicken stock 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup Method Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small non-stick deep pan. Add ½ tablespoon garlic and sauté till golden. Add chicken mince, salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook till chicken is done. Transfer into a bowl. Heat remaining olive oil in the same small non-stick deep pan. Add remaining garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add carrot, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, salt, crushed peppercorns and dried oregano, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add pasta and mix. Add chicken stock and mix. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Add cooked chicken and tomato ketchup, mix, cover and cook for 1 minute.
