By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Tomatoes Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pachadi -SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Yogurt whisked 2 Tomatoes medium, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 1 teaspoon Split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal) 2 Dried red chillies Salt to taste Fried curry leaves sprig for garnish Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida, split skinless black gram and broken dried red chillies and red chilli powder and sauté for a few seconds. Add tomatoes and mix well Add salt and toss for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool completely. Take yogurt in a bowl, add the tomato mixture and adjust salt, mix till well combined.
