By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe Mangoes, Pomfret Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pan Seared Mango Pomfret 1 Ripe Mangoes cut into cubes 2 Pomfret medium Salt 4-5 cloves Garlic 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 cup Fresh mint leaves chopped 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 1/3 cup Rice flour 2 teaspoons Oil Method Make a few slits on the fish on either sides, making sure that the fish is not cut through and rub salt all over. Grind together the mango, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves and ginger into a smooth paste with a little water. Apply the ground paste on both sides of the fish, ensuring that it goes inside the slits too. .Spread the flour on a plate and roll the fish in it so that it coats both sides. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the fish on it and cook till both the sides are evenly done. Serve hot.
