Ingredients for Papad with stuff Potato Recipe

  • Papad roasted 2 pieces

  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 2

  • Cashewnuts chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Almonds chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Salt

  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

  • coriander leaves 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

In a bowl combine together potatoes, cashewnuts, almonds, salt, black pepper powder, coriander and garam masala and mix well.

Step 2

Top the mixture on one papad and cover the mixture with another papad.

Step 3

Serve.
