Ingredients list for Peach and Plum Fudge

  • 2 Peaches finely chopped
  • 4 Plums finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Walnuts chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tin (400 Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons Khoya/mawa grated

Method

  1. Grind together peaches and plums. Grease an aluminium tray with ghee and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds, pistachios and walnuts and sauté lightly. Add the peach plum mixture and mix well.
  2. Add sugar and cook on high heat for 8-10 minutes or till the mixture thickens. Add condensed milk and mix. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add khoya, mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously or till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the
