Ingredients list for Peanut Egg Masala

  • 2 Eggs whisked
  • 1 large Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts fried

Method

  1. Heat a non stick pan, add the eggs and cook on medium heat. Scramble well till cooked.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan, saute onions till pink. Add lemon juice, fried peanuts and scrambled eggs. Mix well and serve hot.
