Ingredients list for Penne In Thousand Island
- 1 cup Penne pasta boiled
- 1/2 cup Thousand island dressing
- 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into small pieces
- 3-4 French beans large diagonal pieces, blanched
- 1/4 small Broccoli separated into small florets, blanched
- 1 medium Carrots large pieces, blanched
- 4-5 Black olives
- 5-6 Lettuce leaves torn
- 3-4 Basil leaves
- 10-12 Cherry tomatoes halved
Method
- Place the penne in a large bowl.
- Add green capsicum, French beans, broccoli, carrot, black olives, lettuce and sweet basil and toss.
- Add cherry tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
