By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Black peppercorns, Chickpeas (chole) Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-7 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pepper Chole-SK Khazana 1 1/2 tablespoons Black peppercorns crushed 1 1/2 cups Chickpeas (chole) boiled 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped 1/2 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 Medium onion sliced 1 cup Tomato puree 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce to taste Salt for garnish Spring onion greens sliced Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and garlic, mix and sauté well. Add onion, mix and sauté till they are lightly browned. Add 1½ tablespoons crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add tomato puree, mix and cook for a minute. Add oyster sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and mix. Add little water and mix. Add chickpeas, mix well and let them get heated through.
