Ingredients list for Pista Barfi
- 2 cups Pistachio powder
 - 1 1/2 tabl to grease Ghee
 - 3/4 cup Sugar
 - 1/2 tablespoon Milk
 - 2 tablespoons Liquid glucose
 - to garnish Silver warq
 
Method
- Grease a barfi tray with some ghee.
 - Heat sugar with ¼ cup water in a non-stick pan, stirring till the sugar dissolves.
 - Add milk, stir and discard the scum that rises to the surface. Cook till the syrup thickens slightly.
 - Add liquid glucose and mix till well combined. Add ghee and mix well.
 - Add pistachio powder, mix well till the mixture comes together to form a lump. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool slightly. Apply ghee on your palms and knead the mixture slightly.
 - Spread this mixture on the barfi tray and spread evenly. Apply some ghee on a rolling pin and roll on the surface to make it even.
 - Garnish with silver varq and let it set at room temperature.
 - Cut into diamonds, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
