By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Samosas, Puffed rice Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Samosa Chaat - SK Khazana 4 Samosas 2 cups Puffed rice 1 Onion medium, chopped 1 Tomato medium, chopped 4 tablespoons Carrot grated 4 tablespoons Beetroot grated 2 tablespoons Raw mango finely chopped 4 tablespoons Masala dhana dal 4 tablespoons Fresh pomegranate pearls 4 tablespoons Green chutney 4 tablespoons Date and tamarind chutney 1 Lemon 6 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 4 tablespo + for sprinkling Sev 4 teaspoons Roasted cumin powder Green boondi for garnish Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish Method Take puffed rice in a large bowl, add onion, tomato, carrot, beetroot, raw mango, masalachana dal, pomegranate pearls, green chutney and date and tamarind chutney. Break samosasand add. Squeeze the juice of lemon over the mixture. Add cheese, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, sev and roasted cumin powder. Mix everything gentlytill well combined.
