Wash guavas and cut into big pieces. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cloves and cinnamon. Add cashewnuts and raisins. After two minutes add guava and apples. Cook for a minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Serve hot.
