Ingredients list for Shambhano
- 2 tablespoons Carrot
- 8-10 cloves Radish chopped
- 3 Green chilli chopped
- 3 large Tomato finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 4 medium Carrot cut into roundels
- 4 medium Radish cut into roundels
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Rice flour dissolved in ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add garlic, green chillies and sauté for half minute.
- Add tomatoes, sauté for seven to eight minutes or until soft.
- Add turmeric powder and sauté for half minute. Add carrots, radish and sauté for two minutes.
- Add salt, rice flour mixture and pressure cook for two whistles.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
