Ingredients list for Sprout Canapes

  • 1 cup Mixed Sprouts boiled
  • 16 Canape Cups
  • to deep fry Oil
  • 2 small Onions chopped
  • 2 small Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 small Potatoes boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • as required Sev
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the canapés till lightly browned and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  2. Mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl.Fill the canapés with this mixture. Top with sev and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve immediately.
