Ingredients for Stir Fried Chinese Exotic Recipe

  • Carrot sliced 20 grams

  • Broccoli florets 30 grams

  • Pok choi 30 grams

  • Cabbage Chinese 30

  • Mushrooms Shitake 10 grams

  • Garlic peeled and chopped 10 grams

  • Refined oil 10 grams

  • Ginger 10 grams

  • Light soy sauce 5 grams

  • Dark soy sauce 15 grams

  • Celery diced 10 grams

  • Seasoning to taste

  • Cornflour/ corn starch slurry to taste


Step 1

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, green chilles and veggies and stir fry.

Step 2

Add stock, salt, seasoning, and adjust the consistency with cornflour. Finish with wine.

Step 3

Serve hot and garnish with fried garlic.
