By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dhokla, Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Gujarati,Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tandoori Dhokla - SK Khazana Dhokla 2 cups Gram flour (besan) 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-green chilli paste 1 cup Yogurt 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Fruit salt Fresh coriander leaves chopped, for garnish Tempering 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 7-8 Curry leaves 2 Tandoori masala powder Method Take gram flour in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt, ginger-green chilli paste, yogurt and sufficient water and mix well to make a smooth and semi-thick batter. Add oil and fruit salt and mix well. Heat sufficient water in a steamer and grease a thali with oil. Pour the batter in the thali and place it in the steamer. Cover and steam for 10-12 minutes. Take the thali out of the steamer and set aside to cool slightly. Cut into even sized cubes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add 7-8 curry leaves, tandoori masala powder and dhokla cubes. Toss well and cook for 30 seconds.
