Ingredients list for Thecha Murgh
- 2 Chicken breast boneless
- 8-10 cloves Garlic
- 12-15 Green chilli
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (til)
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Roughly chop garlic and green chillies. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan and add garlic and sauté.
- Add sesame seeds and sauté till lightly browned. Add green chillies and mix well. Transfer into a mixer jar and grind.
- Heat 2 tbsps oil in another non-stick pan. Cut the chicken breasts at a slant into big pieces and add to pan.
- Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook for a while. When the moisture dries up add ground thecha and mix well.
- When the chicken gets cooked, add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
