By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Nov 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Tofu (bean curd), Cottage cheese (paneer) Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tofu and Paneer Bhurji 200 grams Tofu (bean curd) , grated 200 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) , grated 1 tablespoon Oil 1 medium Onion , finely chopped 2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste 1 medium Tomato , fienly chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves , chopped to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté till onion turns a light golden Add tomato, mix and sauté till soft. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add 3-4 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese and tofu, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well.
