Ingredients list for Upasacha Pulav

  • 1 cup Ragi wash and dry
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 2-3 Cloves

Method

  1. Heat ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds, slit green chillies and curry leaves.
  2. Sauté for a minute and add chopped ginger and coarsely ground peanuts. Add ragi and two cups hot water.
  3. Cook, covered, on low heat till done. Mix in salt and sugar.
  4. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
