Ingredients list for Vegan No-Bake Cookies- SK Khazana
- 3/4 cup Rolled oats
 - 3/4 cup Cashewnuts
 - 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
 - 1/2 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (soonth)
 - a pinch Rock salt (sendha namak)
 - 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
 - 3/4 cup Seedless dates
 - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Custard powder
 - 2 1/2 tablespoons Raisins
 - for garnish Cashewnuts halves
 
Method
- Put rolled oats into a blender jar blend to a powder. Add cashewnuts, pumpkin seeds, ginger powder, rock salt and cinnamon powder and blend to a fine powder.
 - Add dates and vanilla extract and blend till well combined. Transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix well.
 - To make the cookies, take small portions of the mixture and shape each into a ball and flatten slightly.
 - Make a dent in the centre of the cookie and place a cahsewnut half in it and press gently. .
 - Arrange the cookies on a serving plate and serve.
