Ingredients for Vegan No-Bake Cookies- SK Khazana Recipe

  • Rolled oats 3/4 cup

  • Cashewnuts 3/4 cup

  • Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup

  • Dried ginger powder (soonth) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) a pinch

  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Seedless dates 3/4 cup

  • Vanilla Custard powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Raisins 2 1/2 tablespoons

  • Cashewnuts halves for garnish


Step 1

Put rolled oats into a blender jar blend to a powder. Add cashewnuts, pumpkin seeds, ginger powder, rock salt and cinnamon powder and blend to a fine powder.

Step 2

Add dates and vanilla extract and blend till well combined. Transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix well.

Step 3

To make the cookies, take small portions of the mixture and shape each into a ball and flatten slightly.

Step 4

Make a dent in the centre of the cookie and place a cahsewnut half in it and press gently. .

Step 5

Arrange the cookies on a serving plate and serve.
