By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (atta), Ghee Cuisine Punjabi Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Atte ki Pinni 2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta) 3/4 cup Ghee 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1/2 cup Slivered almonds 1/4 cup Raisins for garnishing Almonds halves 1/4 cup Khoya/mawa grated Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and sauté on low heat till fragrant and golden. Add the khoya, mix well and cook for four to five minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Add powdered sugar, slivered almonds and raisins and mix well. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and roll them into thick cylinders. Garnish with almond halves and serve.
