Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add red chillies, urad dal, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida. Add this tempering to the rice and mix well. Add yogurt and mix. Add chilled milk and continue to mix. Add cucumber, raw mango and grapes and mix well. Chill in a refrigerator. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
