By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, Balsamic vinegar Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushroom Skewers-SK Khazan 10-12 Button mushrooms 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1/2 cup Mixed capsicum cubes 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 2 tablespoons Olive oil for garnish Fresh coriander sprigs to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon slices Method Mix together mixed capsicums, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Skewer the mushrooms and mixed capsicums alternately onto satay sticks. Heat olive oil in a non-stick grill pam. Keep the skewers in the pan and grill, rotating the skewers, till grill marks appear on the mushrooms and capsicums.
