By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Red kidney beans (rajma), Cooked rice Cuisine Mexican Course Rice Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Burrito Bowl ½ cup Red kidney beans (rajma) boiled 2 cups Cooked rice 2 tablespoons Sour cream 1 teaspoon Chipotle sauce 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 6-8 Iceberg lettuce leaves ½ cup Corn kernels boiled 1 medium Tomato chopped ¼ cup Salsa ¼ cup Guacamole 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Put sour cream, chipotle paste, garlic, salt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Divide the rice equally into four medium bowls. Place few torn lettuce leaves and put some corn kernels, kidney beans and tomato on top. Sprinkle some salt on top and put some salsa, guacamole and coriander leaves. Drizzle some sour cream mixture on top.
