This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour tortillas, Chicken Cuisine Mexican Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Burritos 4 Refined flour tortillas 1 tablespoon Chicken 2 Boneless chicken breasts sliced thinly 2 tablespoon Arrabiata sauce 1 cup Cooked rice 1 Lemon a few Iceberg lettuce leaves 4 tablespoons Processed cheese grated For salsa 2 medium Tomatoes 1 medium Onion 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves 1 Jalapeno to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder Method Heat tortillas lightly on non stick tawa. For salsa crush together tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, jalapeno, salt and pepper powder in a chopper. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan, place the chicken slices and sauté till chicken is cooked. Add arabiata sauce and mix. Place a few chicken slices on each tortilla in single layer, place a layer of rice alongside, put some salsa over them, squeeze and sprinkle the juice of lemon. Shred some lettuce and sprinkle over them, as also cheese. Roll the tortillas tightly and then roll in aluminium foil. Seal the 2 ends. This can be taken to school or office for tiffin. You can eat it at room temperature or heat it up in oven and have it.
