Chicken Burritos Tortillas rolled with chicken filling - simply tasty By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole Wheat Tortillas, Boneless Chicken Cuisine Mexican Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Burritos 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas 4 tablespoons Boneless Chicken Filling 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into strips 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Oil 3-4 cloves Garlic chopped 1/2 small Green capsicum cut into strips 1 Spring onion chopped diagonally Method For the filling, marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes and salt for half an hour. Heat three tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan. Add the garlic and sauté for half a minute. Add the marinated chicken, capsicum and spring onion and cook on medium heat till the chicken is tender. Check the seasonings and remove from heat. Divide into four portions. At the time of serving, warm the tortillas, spread a tablespoon of salsa over each. Over that spread a portion of the hot chicken mixture at one end and roll the tortillas. Serve warm immediately.
