By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Instant Noodles Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Cuppa Noodles 200 grams Boneless chicken cut into small pieces 200 grams Instant Noodles 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 Red chilli chopped 1 medium Onion sliced to taste Salt 6-8 Button mushrooms sliced 3-4 tablespoons Corn kernels 1½ cups Chicken stock 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce for garnish Spring onion greens chopped, 2 tablespoon + Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add red chili and onion and sauté till onion turns translucent. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and mix. Add mushrooms and corn kernels, mix and cook for 1 minute. Break noodles and add along with chicken stock and light soy sauce, mix and cook till noodles are done. Add spring onion greens and mix.
