By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breast, Green chillies Cuisine South Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Pakoda - SK Khazana 250 grams Boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon Curry leaves shredded 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf) to taste Black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons Rice flour for deep-frying Oil to serve Green chutney Method Put chicken strips in a bowl. Add green chillies, curry leaves, fennel seeds, crushed peppercorns, salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add refined flour and rice flour and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken strips till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
