By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Tortillas Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Tortilla Wrap 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into dices 4 Tortillas 2 tablespoons Lemon juice to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala Olive oil 1 tablespoon + for grilling 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice 2 medium Onions cut into strips a few Fresh coriander sprigs a few Iceberg lettuce leaves fresh Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with oil. Combine lemon juice, salt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder and chicken in a bowl and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and ½ teaspoon chaat masala and mix well. Add olive oil and remaining chilli powder and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes. Place the chicken on the baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Take chicken tikka in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and onion strips. Mix well. Roughly tear coriander sprigs and add. Mix well. Place a tortilla on the worktop. Roughly tear some lettuce leaves and put on it. Top with the prepared chicken tikka mixture and some onion strips. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Reserve some onion strips. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the prepared tortilla wraps and grill till evenly done from both sides. Combine remaining onion strips, remaining chaat masala, remaining lemon juice and torn coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well. Halve diagonally, place on a serving plate and serve hot with the onion mixture.
