By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Chicken Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Curd Chicken 2 cups Yogurt whisked 750 grams Chicken Cut into 12 pieces on the bone 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf) 3 medium Onions sliced 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Green chilli slit 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1/4 cup Cashewnut paste a pinch Saffron (kesar) to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 4 tablespoons Fresh cream Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add fennel seeds and onions and sauté till onions are golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, coriander powder and chicken pieces, mix well and sauté for four to five minutes. Add yogurt and cashew nut paste and mix well. Saute for eight to ten minutes. Add two cups of water, saffron and salt. Mix well and cook for five to six minutes. Add the cardamom powder and cream, mix well and cook for half a minute. Serve hot.
