By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Quinoa Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Dahi Quinoa 2 cups Yogurt whisked 1 cup Quinoa washed and cooked 1 tablespoon Ghee 1/4 cup Peanuts roasted peeled 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Dried red chillies 3-4 Curry leaves 1 teaspoon Split Bengal gram (chana dal) 1 teaspoon Split black gram flour (urad dal ka atta) to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Put quinoa and yogurt in a bowl and mix well. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add peanuts and roast till they turn golden. Drain, add to the bowl and mix well. Add mustard seeds to the ghee remaining in the pan and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves, Bengal gram and black gram, mix and sauté till the gram turns golden. Add this to the bowl and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Refrigerate to chill. Serve chilled garnished with coriander leaves.
