By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Hung yogurt, Whole wheat bread slices Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 hung yogurt 8 whole wheat bread slices ¼ corn kernels boiled ½ yellow capsicum chopped ½ red capsicum chopped ½ green capsicum chopped ⅓ cabbage finely shredded 1 carrot grated Black pepper powder to taste Salt to taste ½ teaspoon chaat masala Butter as required Processed cheese as required Tomato ketchup to serve Method Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add corn kernels, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, cabbage, carrot, pepper powder, salt and chaat masala and mix well. For each sandwich, spread some of this mixture on one bread slice and cover with another slice. Heat butter on a non-stick tawa, place a sandwich on it and toast till the underside turns golden. Flip, drizzle some butter on the sides and cook till evenly golden on the other side. Toast the remaining sandwiches similarly.
