By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Noodles, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fried Noodle Bhel-SK Khazana 200 grams Noodles boiled to deep fry Oil 4 tablespoons Onion finely chopped 1/2 cup Bean sprouts 4 tablespoons Peanuts roasted and crushed 2 tablespoons Raw mango finely chopped 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 2 tablespoons Green chutney 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce to taste Salt 2 tablespo for garnish Spring onion greens sliced Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry noodles till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer fried noodles in a bowl and crush lightly. Add onions, bean sprouts, peanuts, mangoes, potato, green chutney, tamarind chutney, Schezwan sauce and salt and mix well. Add spring onion greens and mix well.
