Ingredients list for Ginger and Pepper Fried Rice

  • 1 inch Ginger cut into juliennes
  • 1 cup Mixed coloured peppers cut into thin strips
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2-3 Spring onion bulbs chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Light soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and sauté well. Add spring onions bulbs and sauté well.
  2. Add colored peppers and cook well.
  3. Add the rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, spring onion greens and mix well.
  4. Serve hot.
