This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Honey, Dark Soy Sauce Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Honey Soya Fish With Chilli Pomegranate Salsa 2 teaspoons Honey 1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce Basa fillets cut into 1½ inch pieces 1 teaspoon Crushed red chillies 1 cup Fresh pomegranate pearls 8-10 Shallot to taste Salt 1/2 medium bunch Green capsicum 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 cup Onions chopped 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped a few Fresh coriander leaves 1 Lemon Method Place the fish in a bowl, add soy sauce, honey, ½ tsp crushed red chillies and mix well. Add shallots and salt and mix and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Chop green capsicum into small pieces. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add the marinated shallots and cover and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the fish pieces and sauté on medium heat. Place the pomegranate pearls in a bowl, add onions, tomatoes and green capsicum. Finely chop coriander and add along with the remaining crushed red chillies. Turn the fish pieces in the pan and cook till it is well done on both sides. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and add to the salsa and mix all the ingredients well. Add salt and mix. Transfer the fish and shallots onto a serving plate and serve hot with the pomegranate salsa.
