By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Indian Spaghetti 1 1/2 cups Spaghetti boiled 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 2 Dried red chillies 10-12 Curry leaves 5-7 cloves Garlic sliced 1 Large onion sliced 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts 1/2 Lemon 1/2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves and garlic cloves, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add boiled spaghetti and toss well. Add salt and roasted peanuts and mix well. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and add coriander leaves, toss well and cook for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat.
