Once the rice is cooked drain out the water. Make peanut sized balls from paneer and wrap them in silver warq and keep aside. Heat ghee in the kadai and deep-fry the cashewnuts. Drain onto an absorbent paper and keep aside. Heat three tablespoons of ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds, black cardamoms, cloves, peppercorns and turmeric. Sauté for a minute, add rice and salt. Stir, cover and cook till the rice is heated through. Add fried cashewnuts and paneer pearls. Mix lightly. Serve hot.
