By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 May 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Kale Chane Main Ingredients Dried black chickpeas (kale chane), Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 8-10 hours Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup dried black chickpeas (kale chane) , soaked overnight and boiled 1 tablespoon ghee 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon garam masala powder Fresh coriander sprigs for garnishing Puris to serve Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add black chickpeas and salt and mix well. Add garam masala powder, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
