Halve tomatoes. Switch on the juicer and add bottle gourd, carrot, pumpkin, tomatoes, ginger, spinach and pomegranate pearls and process to get the juice. Add lemon juice and salt to the juice and mix well. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
