Ingredients list for Mixed Vegetable Juice

  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Beetroot
  • 1 small Bitter gourd (karela)
  • 1 medium Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi)
  • 1/4 medium Cabbage
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 10-12 Tirfal
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Soak the tirfal in ΒΌ cup water. Roughly chop carrots, tomatoes, beetroot, bitter gourd, bottle gourd, cabbage, ginger and put them into a juicer.
  2. Add tirfal water and extract juice. Collect the juice in a jar. Add lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  3. Place some ice cubes in each of 4 glasses and pour the vegetable juice and serve.
