By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Oct 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Potato, Carrot Cuisine Indian Course Soups Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Mixed Vegetable Soup 1 medium Potato finely chopped 1 medium Carrot finely chopped 6-8 Button mushrooms finely chopped 1 medium Green capsicum seeded and chopped finely 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1/4 medium Cabbage finely chopped 6-8 French beans finely chopped 1 small Cauliflower grated 1 tablespoon Oil 2 Bay leaves 2 teaspoons Whole wheat flour (atta) to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 2 cups Vegetable stock 2 cups Skimmed milk Method Heat oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan, add bay leaves and onion and sauté for two minutes over medium heat. Drain the potato and add. Add carrot, mushroom, cabbage, French beans and cauliflower. Stir and cook on high heat for three to four minutes. medium heat or till flour emits a nice aroma.
